A Year of Growth, Determination & What's Next!
It's Our Birthday!
This month marks Prime Assist's 1st birthday, and what a journey it has been!
Looking back over the last 12 months, it's incredible to see how far we've come. Starting a business is never easy, and this first year has certainly kept me on my toes. From investing time into marketing, taking on associate roles to gain valuable experience working for myself, to supporting other Virtual Assistants in maintaining a high standard of work, every opportunity has helped shape Prime Assist into the business it is today.
I'd be lying if I said there haven't been moments where I questioned everything. There were times I considered finding a part-time job and running Prime Assist alongside it.
Like many business owners, the uncertainty can be overwhelming.
But one thing kept me going...
The fear of failure became the motivation to succeed.
Instead of giving up, I chose to keep pushing forward, learning, adapting and believing in the vision I had for Prime Assist. One year later, we're still here, still growing, and stronger than ever.
Most importantly, I want to say Thank You!
Thank you to every client who has trusted us, every business owner who has shared advice, every networking connection, fellow VA and supporter who has encouraged me throughout this journey. Your support has meant more than you know.
So, What's New for Year Two?
As we head into our second year, Prime Assist is showing signs of growth.
We're investing in our skills, embracing new technology and expanding the services we offer to ensure our clients continue to receive the highest level of support.
📈 Strengthening Our Digital Marketing Skills
The digital world is constantly evolving, and businesses need support that evolves with it.
We're currently completing a Digital Marketing course, with a strong focus on how AI is transforming the business world. By understanding the latest tools and strategies, we'll be able to help our clients work smarter, save time and stay ahead of the competition.
Learning never stops — and neither do we.
We're aiming to become the 'Digital Marketing Experts' — providing the best support for your business in whatever industry you're in.

This year, we'd also love to make a difference beyond business.
Our goal is to support a different charity each month, helping raise awareness and contribute where we can.
